This is the Jamaica you come to Montego Bay for. Most folks fly into MoBay (its nickname) or Ocho Rios or Negril to relax on vacation and then hop back to the States. But there is another, more leisurely, very rewarding way to see Marcus Garvey’s homeland. With a Jamaica driver at the wheel I traveled across Jamaica from Kingston on the South side across its winding roads to the North coast, past Ocho Rios onto my final destination Montego Bay.
